Every term in math is weighted differently, which means the students' final mark is NOT evenly distributed throughout the 3 terms.

TERM 1 counts for 20% of the year  (C2 test/quizzes and an end of term C2 evaluation.)

TERM 2 counts for 20% of the year  (C2 test/quizzes and C1 assignment(s) + TWO end of term evaluations( late Dec/ Mid January)

TERM 3 counts for 60% of the year (C2 test/quizzes and C1 assignment(s) with 2 end of year evaluations in June)
